Aadhaar card front and back in one page
Photograph both sides of your Aadhaar card and the tool puts them on one A4 page, straight and at their real size, as a PDF or JPG, under 100, 200 or 500 KB if needed. You can cover the first 8 digits, as UIDAI's masked Aadhaar does.1

Which Aadhaar
Four forms, all equally valid.
UIDAI lists the letter, the PVC card, e-Aadhaar and the app: "All forms of Aadhaar are equally valid and acceptable."1
- PVC cardPhotograph it
"A durable, credit-card-sized version of Aadhaar".1 The card this tool is made for.
- Aadhaar letterA page, not a card
A "laminated paper based document".1 Copy it on a copier.
- e-AadhaarPrint it as it is
It "is equally valid like Physical Copy of Aadhaar for all purposes".1 It's already a document.
Masking
Cover the first 8 digits.
The masked Aadhaar replaces "the first 8 digits of Aadhaar number with “xxxx-xxxx”".1 Black out a part does the same with a solid box.
- Leave the QR code whole
It's "digitally signed by UIDAI and used for offline verification of identity", on every form of Aadhaar.1 Covering it defeats that check.
- Ask first
Whoever asked for the copy decides if a masked number is enough.
Upload limits
Under 100 KB or 200 KB.
Choose Keep the file under before you download. Quality comes down first, then resolution, never the card's size. How the limit works.
Its size
Credit-card-sized, says UIDAI.
UIDAI gives no millimeters for the PVC card, so neither do we.
Measure your card. At 85.60 × 53.98 mm (ID-1)2 the default fits; otherwise choose Custom size.
